Took my Ibanez RGA j.custom for Chris to swap in a set of Bare Knuckle Nailbombs. He was friendly and communicative and even went out of his way to polish the frets for me. I'll be taking my guitars to him again.

Chris setup my fender strat and got it back to me the same day. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was right and sort out unique issues with my strat. It was also nice to just chat with him for a bit!

I had Chris do a set up on the first guitar that I got for Christmas as a 12-year-old. A late 60s Sears Silvertone acoustic starter guitar. Nostalgic to me but very hard to play. 50 years later I bring it to Chris to do a set up to make it more playable. I am very happy with the results. So then I had him do a set up on a 80s Fender 1962 Strat reissue that always had intonation problems. I had it to a repair shop years ago to try to make it right without any success. Gave it to Chris last week and five days later it now plays and sounds awesome. Now he has my Takamine acoustic to check setup. Chris is highly recommended and I am glad I found him. Fast and very reasonable priced service.

I’d had Chris do some binding work for me in the past. So I brought him my beloved 1987 Takemine acoustic dreadnaught. The fingerboard was getting pitted and I feared it was on its last legs. I had to give up playing it it had gotten so bad.
I can’t believe the guitar I got back! Plays smooth and clean. Love the stainless steel frets! Gave it a three hour test drive yesterday and it passed with flying colors. Thanks Chris!!!!!

Chris has done stainless steel refrets on two of my guitars including my 1965 Strat. He has also done other work for me and always does an amazing job and it super easy to work with. I highly recommend!!!
